Shipping & Returns

The delivery time is usually between 2 to 4 weeks.

Once your order has been placed, we will process the payment within 24 hours and your order will be fulfilled within 2-3 days.

When you place an order, we will sent an confirmation (please also check your spam folder).

In most cases tracking is available, sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or vacation periods. We thank you for your patience in these situations.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Germany

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 4.99 € per order.


From an order value of 100 € your delivery within Germany is free of charge.


Shipping outside Germany and within the EU

The shipping costs within the EU are 13.99 €. From an order value of 200 €, shipping is free of charge.



Shipping outside the EU

The shipping costs outside the EU are 19.99 €. Shipping is free for orders over 250 €.



If you return products, you are responsible for the shipping costs. The purchase price will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods, but no later than 14 days after receipt of proof of return of the goods. For further details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions and the section "Right of withdrawal".

Right to cancel the purchase

Please note that every customer has the right to cancel their purchase. Let us know by e-mail and inform us of your wish to cancel the purchase. Inform us of your purchase and help us to identify the transaction. After you have returned the purchased goods or sent us proof that you have already returned the goods to us, we will refund your payment.
